This is not another class or “just breathe” session. This is an invitation into a more livable life. In our time together, you put everything down for a moment, experience being held, and then rewire the patterns that are creating your sense of overwhelm.

You snap at your partner and kids. You have knots in your back that you can’t remember not having. You have trouble falling asleep because your mind won’t stop racing. You eat crap and skip the gym because you don’t have time.

Holistically, your lifestyle over the last year has adversely affected your health and mood. Long-term, this level of stress is unsustainable.
