SELF-ORGANIZING SYSTEMS

In his book, Reinventing Organizations, Frederic Laloux specifies three pillars that organizations need to establish to start operating from a new level of consciousness: self-organization, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose.

Several templates for self-organizing frameworks have been established. I collaborate with developers of those frameworks to see how their structures and processes can better incorporate the wholeness and evolutionary purpose pillars that Frederic Laloux identified to create Brave Spaces that honor collaborators’ individual purposes and humanness.
